Strikezone VTAs come in three sizes: Small (shoe size: Y11 to 2); Medium (shoe size: 2-6); Large (shoe size: 6-10) The Strikezone FKSB is the most instructional training ball available today. Five colored strike zones show players exactly where to strike the ball for all the different kicking techniques i.e. "Push Pass", "Driven Ball", "Chipping", "Crossing - Bending and Swerving". Colored arrows show which way to follow through for accuracy and power. The colored zones match up with the colored zones on the Strikezone VTAs for maximum precision. Strikezone DVD#1 is an introduction to the Strikezone Complete Technical System.
